Behind the shiny facade, notorious amateurism : there is probably better in town for that price
The kindness of some people of the staff (especially at the bar and restaurant), the cleanliness of the pool area.
- The amateurism of the staff in general : when you claim to be a medium/top of the line hotel, you need to have high standards. Your staff needs to wear a uniform or at least a polo to be recognized. For example, the "valet" delivered towels wearing survêt/baskets/casquette, just like a guy selling cigarettes at Barbès... - The misleading wording : "côté jardin" actually means "côté parking" - The cleanliness of the room : some parts were just disgusting (see pictures) And the worse : - The uncertainty of whether the ill will of some people of the staff was a request for money or just simple incompetence... As if changing a checkbox on a computer was that complicated... - The Suite was booked for 3 and we had to request for sheets at midnight and make the bed ourselves for the 3rd person... absolutely not serious at all and even a shame.
